What supplies do I need?
All you really need is something to make marks with and something to make marks on. I suggest a fine tip sharpie and a piece of copy paper. You can always branch out later!
I can’t draw. Will this work for me?
YES!!! Most of my students can doodle far better than me. And that’s OK. The power is in making marks, having fun, and stepping outside of your comfort zone. No talent required.
How long is this course?
The Stop Beating Yourself Up course is about 1 hour. But the magical part of this course is when you slow down a bit and doodle that is where the magic is. I highly suggest you don’t miss out on the magic.
